This Air Jordan 1 Low resembles that 2020 release. The story of Michael Jordan’s career from College basketball to the professional ranks of the NBA is reflected on the upper. A University Blue paints the back portion of the shoe, representing how Jordan’s University experience laid the foundations for his future career. The Swoosh is also decorated in the UNC colours and is sewn on top of a black leather panel that we so often see with Air Jordan 1s. The toe box dons a Chicago Red and speaks to how Jordan’s time at the club springboarded him into stardom. On the sole of the shoe, the red makes another appearance as it does on the Air Jordan 1 Breds and Chicagos, two iconic symbols of his success. A black wings decal is printed onto the back heel tab as is the case with most Air Jordan 1 lows, giving the shoe its final stamp of approval.
