As the co-leader of the Boston Celtics alongside Jaylen Brown, Tatum looks to take last season’s success one step further by winning it all, cementing his name among the all-time greats.

“Everybody who knows me knows that my love for St. Louis runs deep…” So deep that we made a special edition colorway to celebrate Jay’s hometown.

this edition nods to Tatum’s roots in St. Louis while featuring the street sign where he grew up and a white/red/baby blue arrangement inspired by throwback St. Louis Cardinals uniforms. Fleur-de-lis designs on the heel and insole nod to the city’s flag. Furthering the theme is the “Archer Ave” details on the inner tongue label. Lastly, a white and icy translucent outsole rounds out the final design cues.

What to know Jordan Tatum 1?

The Tatum 1, Jayson Tatum’s first signature shoe, is the lightest performance shoe in Jordan Brand’s performance line this season.

The Tatum 1 was born out of Tatum’s desire to wear a shoe that felt more connected to his foot. Built out of a lightweight, strong TPU frame, the shoe is wrapped by a ground-contact foam that also acts as an integrated traction pattern, with minimal rubber on the toe and ball of the foot for Tatum’s predominantly forefoot game. This detail allowed designers to cut back on the weight of the shoe while also providing tight court feel. A large, uncaged Zoom Air bag in the forefoot helps provide high energy return without sacrificing court feel. The mesh knit upper is strong yet lightweight, while the collar is padded for ankle support.
