The latest makeover to surface is Dunk Low “University of Oregon.” The player edition “University of Oregon” was designed by the beloved designer Tinker Hatfield himself.

The Dunk sneaker model quickly gained popularity amongst sneakerheads due to its clean construct and unique look. The sneaker model received fame due to its back-to-school and NCAA-themed makeovers.

The Swoosh label introduces the sneaker model as follows:

“Created for the hardwood but taken to the streets, the ’80s b-ball icon returns with perfectly shined overlays. With its iconic hoops design, the Nike Dunk Low channels ’80s vintage back onto the street while its padded, low-cut collar lets you take your game anywhere – in comfort.”

Tinker Hatfield gave his first-ever Dunk makeover for a “University of Oregon” OE. The upper of the shoe comes constructed out of a mix of leather, suede, and mesh material.

Alongside the Fighting Duck logo, Tinker Hatfield’s signature is stitched on the reverse side. Moreover, a “Ducks of a Feather” wordmark is added in multiple colors upon the sockliner. In terms of branding you can find a multi-colored Ducks logo situated on the tongues while the university’s “O” logos is substituted in for the usual Nike branding. The insoles split between a Ducks of a Feather hit on the left insole to nod to the brand made by and for Oregon’s student-athletes while the right side features another “O” against a multi-colored striped backdrop. Lastly, Tinker Hatfield‘s signature arrives on the interior side of the tongues.

Are Dunks Or SB Dunks More Comfortable? An older SB Dunk can be more comfortable than a regular (non-SB) Dunk. Modern Dunk and SB Dunk releases tend to be stiffer right out of the box. As such, modern regular Dunks are more accommodating than their SB counterparts

Up top, the sneakers are predominantly fitted with a set of brighter neutral tones. The quarter panels and toe boxes are made with dusty gray suede panels while overlays are crafted from gray tumbled leather. Leather Swoosh logos are outfitted in white, and pops of Oregon-friendly neon green accents touch down on the interior liners as well as the exposed stitches that outline all of the base layer’s panels.

Are dunks or SB dunks more comfortable?
